  เรื่อง การใช้บริการ K-Payment Gateway

    ตามที่ท่านได้ใช้บริการ K-Payment Gateway กับทางธนาคารกสิกรไทย สำหรับการรับชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการของท่านนั้น เพื่อความปลอดภัยสูงสุดในการใช้งานผ่านบริการดังกล่าว ธนาคารขอเรียนว่า User ID แต่ละ User ที่ธนาคารมอบให้นั้นเป็นสิทธิ์การใช้งานของแต่ละบุคคล ทั้งนี้ธนาคารจะไม่อนุญาตให้ท่านใช้ User ID เดียวกันในการเข้าใช้งานพร้อมกันได้อีกตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2557 เป็นต้นไป

    กรณีที่หากท่านต้องการขอเพิ่ม User ID เพิ่มเติมจากเดิม กรุณาส่งจัดส่งเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้

  1.ใบแจ้งความประสงค์ขอเพิ่มรหัสผู้ใช้งาน

  2.หนังสือรับรองบริษัทออกไม่เกิน 1เดือน

  3.สำเนาบัตรประชาชน/หนังสือเดินทางของผู้มีอำนาจลงนามทุกฉบับเซ็น พร้อมประทับตราบริษัท

  ส่งไปรษณีย์ตามระบุที่อยู่ดังนี้

• Dear K-Payment Gateway Customer

  To increase the service security for K-Payment Gateway Service, we would like to inform you that from 21st November 2014 KBank will upgrade user role in K-Payment Gateway. As a result, one USER ID is only allowed to login to K-Payment Gateway at any one time and we also recommend the user must not share the USER ID with other person.

  If you would like to apply the additional USER ID for K-Payment Gateway Service, please submit required documents as follows:

  1. New User Request Form

  2. Certificate of Company Registration issued within one month

  3. A signed Copy of Thai National ID Card/Passport (for Foreign Nationality)

  Please fill in all required information and attach additional documents with company’s authorized signature and stamp and send to:
